Your Legacy Lives On is a service that will gather personal data for the sake of publication. The person who is primarily responsible for delivering the content for this project will be known as the Client, and the person, or persons for whom this publication will be written will be known as the Subject(s).

 

The data gathered for this publication may include, but is not limited to, slightly sensitive data such as names, addresses, non-detailed medical histories, travel destinations, and dates (such as birthdates). Your Legacy Lives On will NOT accept or publish highly sensitive data such as social security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, etc. The Client will be solely responsible for the content used in the final publication and will be required to provide written approval of what content is included prior to publication.

 

Any and all data gathered by Your Legacy Lives On will ONLY be used for paper-based publication or electronically distributed via portable hardware devices or the internet. If the Client and/or Subject(s) wish not to have the publication distributed via portable hardware devices or the internet, Your Legacy Lives On must be notified in writing of your wishes. One of our representatives will sign in acceptance of this agreement as well. If the Client and/or Subject(s) provide such an objection after the content has been released on the internet, Your Legacy Lives On will remove the content from the internet.

 

NO DATA PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT, SUBJECT(S), OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS WILL BE SOLD TO, OR SHARED WITH, ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE DATA IS SUBPOENED IN LEGAL PROCEDINGS OR REQUESTED DURING INVESTIGATIONS BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
